Which party should I choose?

Choose snorkelling for ages 6–12 who want pool games without scuba equipment. Choose My First Scuba for ages 8–12 who are comfortable in the water and excited to breathe underwater.

Question 2

Is this a scuba certification course?

Accepted Answer

No. It is a supervised introductory pool experience. Children aged 8–9 follow Bubblemaker; ages 10–12 follow the appropriate introductory PADI experience.

Question 3

Does every child need to be a strong swimmer?

Accepted Answer

No. Children do not need advanced swimming skills, but they should be comfortable in the pool and able to follow the team. We will gently encourage an anxious child to join at their own pace. If they decide not to enter the water, they can use our ocean-themed arts-and-crafts station instead. Please tell Chloe in advance about any anxiety or additional support needs.

Are forms required?

Yes. Scuba guests need parental consent and the relevant medical questionnaire. A doctor's statement may be required depending on the answers. Forms are due by the stated deadline.

Question 5

How deep will the children go?

Accepted Answer

Only as deep as they are comfortable and within the age-appropriate programme and pool limits. Bubblemaker takes place in water shallower than 2 metres.

Question 6

What is included?

Accepted Answer

The underwater activity, required equipment, instructor team, digital invitation, group photographs, named certificate and the stated party-area time.

Can we bring cake and food?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the designated party area and do not bring glass. The booking parent manages delivery, allergens, serving and clean-up.

What should children bring?

Accepted Answer

Swimwear, towel, water bottle and a change of clothes. All required snorkelling or scuba equipment is provided.

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Choose the package and an available date through Classcard. If you are unsure, have a larger group or need a custom arrangement, WhatsApp Chloe first.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due seven days before the party. Date changes and cancellations are subject to the notice periods in our full Birthday Party Cancellation Policy.

Question 11

Can parents watch, decorate and bring non-participating siblings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Parents and non-participating siblings may watch. Parents may decorate; Chloe Blue provides a reusable birthday board and photo prop. Joining is subject to age, forms, equipment, ratios and payment.

Question 12

What facilities, parking and location information should we know?

Accepted Answer
