If you are an Advanced Open Water diver and keen to continue your journey to become a PADI professional – this is your next step! The rescue course is one of the most rewarding courses that PADI offers. If you've spoken to fellow divers, most will say this has been their favourite PADI course! It's a serious matter, but you'll have lots of fun reenacting scenes, gaining more confidence and expanding your safety knowledge. Over the course of three days, you'll be trained on how to respond to dive emergencies, as well as preventing and managing problems.

Even though you can jump straight into the rescue course after completing your PADI Advanced Open Water, we do recommend that you have completed at least 30 dives before your embark on this next certification. This is so you're familiar with the equipment, skills and generally feeling comfortable in the water.

Day One: EFR Primary and Secondary Care Course*
Day Two: Swimming Pool Drills
Day Three: Sea Scenario

*Please note: If you're certified in EFR within 24 months, you can skip day one.
